The full journey, step by step

1Customer: Sign in as Adaeze, open Quotes and compare the three proposals side by side. Choose one.
2Installer: Sign in as the installer you chose (e.g. Brightfield). Open the job: book the site visit, upload photos, submit the inspection report.
3Customer: Back as Adaeze: approve the inspection report.
4Installer: Submit the final design (equipment list, protection, cable sizes).
5Customer: Approve the design, choose pay in full, by milestone or monthly financing, and pay in the sandbox checkout.
6Installer: Mark equipment ordered and delivered, schedule and start installation, enter serial numbers, upload quality photos and commissioning tests, then submit for review.
7Admin: Sign in as the admin: Projects & QC → approve the quality evidence.
8Customer: Accept the installation. Your Solar Passport and warranties are created; rate the installer.
9Installer / Admin: Request and approve milestone releases; mark payouts paid.
