Working draft. These terms must be reviewed by counsel in each launch country, including consumer-protection, payment-services and lending rules.

What Jualink is

A marketplace. We help you estimate the solar system you need and connect you with independent installers, suppliers and financing partners. The installer you choose is responsible for the design and installation; manufacturers are responsible for their product warranties.

Estimates

Sizing and price estimates are preliminary and are not engineering designs. The final design and price are confirmed by your installer after a site inspection and require your approval before work starts.

Verification

Installer and product verification is our own review of the documents submitted to us. It is not a government licence, an engineering certification or a guarantee of performance.

Payments

Payments are processed by licensed payment providers. Milestone amounts are held and released to installers under the rules shown on your project before you pay. Disputes may pause releases while we review them.

Financing

Jualink is not a lender. Financing partners make their own decisions and set their own terms. You enter any loan agreement directly with the lender.

Reviews and conduct

Reviews must be honest and based on your own completed project. We may hold, hide or remove content that includes contact details, links, abuse or false statements.
